🎬 “Bobblehead” – A man is interviewing for the job of a lifetime, wanting nothing more than to leave a positive impression on his boss and coworkers. During his job interview, something feels off.. He feels like someone is out to get him. Could it just be those first day on the job jitters? Or is something more sinister afoot? ‘We Don’t Go Here’ ( @wedontgoheretv ) is run by comedy writing duo Kory Budd and Mateo Bartlett. The two share a love for pushing the limits of their film making capabilities, all while keeping a shared goal in mind; make each other laugh. /@WeDontGoHereTV Want to see the full film? Come out to Ghost Light on Monday! ⏰ Doors open at 7pm, films will begin showing at 8pm. 🎟️ This event is FREE and open to anyone 21+ ! Announcing Jerod Willis’ second submission for Exposé – “You so Black” is a short experimental film that focuses on the beauty of blackness. I create music, narrative, experimental, and commercial films. I use cinema to connect and empower my community. Less than ONE WEEK until Exposé, a film artist showcase and film networking event ‼️ We are so excited to announce that this event is sponsored in part by one of étude’s partners, @indiefilmtv a service geared towards supporting independent filmmakers & artists, created by @jackacowp 🎬 “At Indie. we believe there is a creative revolution coming. Independent filmmakers are now more powerful than ever and the audience demand for original authentic films is continually increasing. 20 years ago a talented group of writers, directors and actors could make a movie for $10,000, submit it to festivals and build a whole career off of it. We’d like to bring that back. Especially in our technological age, we’d like to provide a home where the greatest stories are showcased regardless of their budget.” Keep an eye out for Indie. ! 👀♥️ Learn more by coming to Exposé on Monday, April 20th at Ghost Light! ⏰ Doors open at 7pm, films will begin showing at 8pm. 🎟️ This event is FREE and open to anyone 21+ ! Any donations will be going directly to support étude’s production of this event and mission. /expose-film-showing
