🕷️ Guard - Bicep Sweep with Professor @ethomp0982 Just another Packed Kids GI Class! The Kids are continuing to Elevate. #JiuJitsu #KidsClass #SpiderGuard #GI #OneJiuJitsu
So I’ve been dealing with a rotator cuff issue in my right shoulder for sometime. It’s pretty common among 40+ year athletes. I lift, stretch and massage to help alleviate the pain but, it’s very hard to maintain comfort especially when you find yourself sleeping on it every night. I don’t want to ever stop training or competing and I felt I needed something to help with healing and recovery in preparation for my last tournament, so I reached out to Nikki at @elitepostopcare to inquire about peptides and supplements. BPC157 is what she recommended and after taking it for 8 weeks during training and comp, I have to say that I am pleased with the results. It felt like some of the wear and tear went away. Achy joints and lumbar decreased tremendously and you could say, I felt about 7 years younger. I appreciate the care that Nikki provided with routine check ins and monitoring, her being a nurse, I knew I was in good hands. My wife @jenn_thomp1286 has also benefited from her services and care. So if you are interested or have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. @elitepostopcare thank you very much!

Thank you @jjworldleague for another great tournament. I had 6 opponents in my bracket, which is rare for black belt master 3 at a local competition. I’m really grateful I had the opportunity to compete with those guys today. One guy was a no show and another guy had a serious injury in his first match, so it did change a little. I…. lost my first match via submission and then won my second and third match via submission and was able to secure 3rd place. It will add that it was nice to have three matches regardless of the outcome. Thank you to all of my coaches, teammates and students….. couldn’t be more proud of the students who competed today. They were all amazing. Gratitude and love to my wife, kids, Mom and Tony, who were able to make it out to watch, on a beautiful day in Del Mar. Now it’s on to the next one.
We don’t compete to prove, we compete to improve and I’m glad we were able to do that today. @one_jiujitsu_lakeelsinore@one_jiujitsu@adamblasingame
