•Berry and banana smoothie bowl•
My sister and I are trying the diet plan suggested by @blogilates . So I’m going to try and share the recipes for these yum dishes that we’ve been eating. My sister used @blogilates recipe and here’s how she made the smoothie bowl:
Take a banana, handful of berries (mulberry and blueberries), 1 cup coconut yogurt (@epigamia.official has an unsweetened version), 1 tbsp flax seed powder, 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp soy milk, 1.5 tbsp peanut butter and blend them into a smooth paste.
Pour it out into a bowl and garnish with dessicated coconut powder, fresh berries, sunflower and chia seeds, muesli (@kelloggsindia has a nice one), and mint leaves.
Starting your day with this is truly life changing!

Pasta with Christmas colors!
After watching @nadiyahussainofficial on Netflix, my sister tried to recreate this beautiful recipe. The pasta sauce is made with beetroot, which basically gives it this beautiful pinkish-red hue. Super healthy because it’s got all the wonderful vegetables. Should be a hit with kids. Although this was made sometime ago, but I thought the colors of the pasta go perfectly with the Christmas theme.
