posting this while I'm still on this recital high!!! ahhh where do i start! to @recognizestudios , thank you for giving us choreographers and students this platform to create, showcase our craft, and to perform on this amazing stage. not many people see what goes behind the scenes when putting up a production of this scale, but thank y'all for the countless hours and effort to do this for us. i'm so grateful and proud to be part of the R Fam❤️‍🔥 to our amazing dancers, thank you for all your hard work, time, and effort that you've put into this item. words cannot begin to describe how proud I am of each and everyone one of you. seeing the progress from day 1 till show day, it fills my heart to see how much you guys have grown, bonded, and how you guys shined on that stage. i hope y'all are proud of yourselves! it was a long ass journey but i think we did pretty well! thank you for your patience and dedication, I appreciate y'all so much🥺 to my forever sista and partner in crime, we did it. thank you for doing this w me, I couldn't have imagined going through this journey w anyone else but you. it was my first time putting together a piece and I struggled, but thank you for guiding me and for being so patient w me. we both were so busy w so many things, me w kumar and you w cabaret, and just LIFE in general. amidst all the ups and downs, we pulled through. ilysm u alrdy know🤎 @roshiokkz to my love and light, thank you for being there w me every step of the way. for being my support, for encouraging me, for seeing me through the highs and lows. im so blessed to have you by my side. i love you!!!!🥰 @ashradikal thank you @alifaircho @airchotrk for the amazing mix and for helping us bring our vision to life, we couldn't have achieved what we wanted to without you😭💫 alrighty, R! it's been about 3 weeks since Kumar Guilty 2023 closed and man, what a dream this has been! i've always watched shows and musicals at the sands theatre as an audience member, and to be on the other side of things was truly a pinch me moment. above all, the people involved in this production are what made this whole experience so magical. i'm so grateful to have made so many incredible friends and to have formed even deeper connections with old ones. i'm so so so blessed to be able to do what i love, with people I've grown to love. with a heart of gratitude, much love and peace to my Kumar Guilty fam always🤍

i have so much love and respect for this whole cast and crew. it's been an honour performing alongside you guys and getting to know y'all individually. these people are truly the kindest! believe me when i say when EVERYONE had each other's backs. special shoutouts to: mama @heldahydayat for always giving me the biggest hugs whenever you saw me, and for holding my hand in the hair&makeup room. you've really been a mother figure to all of us. mama @mua.fazz , thank you for always asking me how im doing whenever i sat in your chair to do my hair and for teaching me some malay phrases that i will probably never remember. daddy @iamnatho , you've been the biggest sweetheart and i'm truly thankful to have crossed paths with you. @vfsj , thank you for always cheering for us and for being the best asm we could ask for. BoomBoomRoom Live is one of the biggest blessings of 2021, and I will always look back at this with the fondest of memories and a grateful heart. I love you guys🤍

mannn, what a freaking journey this has been... there's so much to say and idk where to start. i guess first and foremost, thank you so much @samantha_kan for this huge opportunity. it has always been on my dance bucket list to be able to perform in a production such as this and never would i have imagined ticking it off especially during this whole pandemic thing. thank you for helping me fulfil it, for trusting me, and most importantly, thank you for allowing me to meet these amazing hoomans whom i now hold very near and dear to my heart. to my fellow dancers, you guys alrdy know how i feel about y'all. i'll miss our dressing room karaokes, mini dance parties and all the shenanigans. i'm still amazed by the lengths and depths we're all able to click. one moment we could be making jokes, laughing till our stomachs hurt, and the next, sharing our hearts and crying together. thank you all for accepting me as i am. it truly is a privilege to have shared this stage with you guys and I'm so proud to have accomplished this together. there's no one else i would rather have beside me. thank you guys for being my family for the past 1.5 months. i got your backs like how i know you guys have mine❤️
