This Saturday marks World Whisky Day. To celebrate, our cellar door will be offering $20 whisky tasting flights this Saturday, ahead of the official release of our whisky range on Monday.

Felix and Corinna - the extremely talented couple casually making some of the best spirits in the inner west while the rest of us watch.
They’ve built something properly considered: sharp, curious and extremely creative.
We’ve been lucky enough to work with them on our first vermouth - now the base of our spritz and house shooter. She’s tart, cherry-forward, and moorish as hell.

ESTER SPIRITS X YOUNG HENRYS: SINGLE MALT WHISKY
Layered, jammy and approachable.
Crafted in small batches from Australian-grown malt, then rested for nine years in a tawny casks before a finishing stint in Oloroso and PX. It’s a compelling combination that brings together juicy fruit, dark sticky sweetness and a gentle thread of spice. A whisky with plenty going on – a flickering of tropical notes, chocolate-dipped apricots, caramelised banana and soft baking spice carrying through the palate. Full-bodied and generous without being heavy. A good example of complexity that never overwhelms.

Two of Australia’s most exciting producers. One rare release.
Ester Spirits and Young Henrys come together to release a trio of rare Australian whiskies, over a decade in the making and designed to challenge everything whisky has traditionally stood for.
Ten years ago, Young Henrys distilled and put whisky away quietly. No rush, no big narrative at the time, just the long game. Barrels filled, left to sit, and, eventually, to become something worth talking about.
Now, those barrels are ready and Young Henrys have entrusted Ester Spirits with their release. What’s emerged is a trio of Australian whiskies.
