Drop off clean and gently worn coats, scarves, boots and other winter wear! All donated items will be distributed to folks on the Eastside!

As we bring in the new year, EMA recaps our quarterly spending. Each quarterly report is first shared directly within our community at our General Meetings and then to the wider community network.
From our main programs like bi-weekly distribution to direct assistance that helps with moving, rent, bills, etc. each dollar goes back into the hands of black and brown Detroiters!

We’re so excited to help out our friends at @esmutualaid this winter!! We will be collecting donations of the following items to support their goal to create/distribute winter survival kits to folks in our community. Our goal is just to collect as many as possible!
Today thru Dec. 15th, bring by new/gently used items from the list on slide 2, and take 50% off any purchase!

Local care package/grocery drop off for a mother in the community!
If food is needed EMA has stock of non perishables please reach out/DM to let us know.
@michigansmac is also a mutual aid organization that works with grocery deliveries as their primary initiative.
@foodnotclass also does weekly food shares/distributions every Wednesday at Rosa Parks transit center!
