Thank you @aireancientbaths_uk for welcoming me into your divine temple - beautifully tucked within central London no less.
I arrived through a taller than tall, hefty town-house door and think I resurfaced somewhere in Ancient Greece - enveloped by healing baths and reawakened courtesy of freezing cold plunges!
Time stood still (for at least an hour or two) and now, as I find myself in bed at a catastrophically premature hour, I am naively hoping that the rest of the household will follow suit. 💤 They will not.
Nevertheless I float. I float ☁️🧘🏻♀️
Giving birth is a daunting prospect for many expectant mothers, and no matter where you are in the world, it’s never without its risks. Now imagine facing that alone.
We estimated that one in five children born in 2024 came into the world without medical care, putting both mum and baby at huge risk.
No one should have to give birth alone and risk losing their baby or their life.
That’s why we’re training midwives all over the world to be there for children from their very first breath.
On International Day of the Midwife, we’re celebrating these women and all midwives around the world. They are true heroes ❤️

What happens when you invite students from @londonfashioncollege Fashion to rework archival trench coats using leftover @Burberry fabrics?
A lot. An incredibly inspiring lot.
Honoured to have been part of this year’s judging panel — the level of originality, craftsmanship, and imagination on display inside @Burberry HQ was exceptional.
Choosing just one winner? Agonising. Especially when you witness each designer’s journey from concept to final garment — every piece telling its own deeply personal story.
Huge congratulations to ALL finalists, and a very special mention to Aamana Yasin — this year’s winner ✨ A second-year @LCF student who balanced it all AND has now secured an internship at Burberry’s design studio. Incredible.
I truly believe the magic of British fashion lies in its ability to bridge heritage and the uncoventional - honouring the past while shaping a very contemporary future, to allow enough creative space for both to inform and elevate one another.
It was a real pleasure to chat to @WWD about why supporting emerging talent matters now more than ever. Link in bio.
Mrs. Joan Burstein.
There are many things I could say in remembrance of Mrs B’s extraordinary life, yet what always stood out most to me was her elegance personified.
She was softly spoken, yet carried a quiet boldness - brilliant in her creativity and remarkable in her leadership. Mrs. B possessed a rare combination of grace and strength, inspiring all who had the privilege of knowing and working with her.
A woman of vision, integrity, and instinctive presence of mind, she led not only with wisdom but with sincerity and purpose. Her influence will undoubtedly echo through generations to come.
My deepest condolences to all her loved ones. May she rest in peace. 🌹
