Disbelief. Gratitude. Grief. Loved. Anxious. Numb. Peace. Worried. Safe. It’s been a week of many emotions. We lost our home and our neighborhood in the Altadena fires. We’re still struggling to believe it was all real. We found a home among friends. We feel supported and cared for in deep ways. We are taking it one day at a time. A big ❤️ from @fredsprinkle and me to all the people who have reached out, prayed, wished us well, gave money, welcomed or will be welcoming us into their homes over the coming weeks.
