In the new issue of @lcbofoodanddrink , I’ve got a feature exploring viral food trends called Almost Famous. I tested a whack of grilled cheese hot dogs before landing on this chili-loaded winner that’s easy to make in quantity and actually looks good. In our first-ever Travel issue, I edited a collaborative piece called Forks in the Road, where some of our contributors recreated favourite foods enjoyed while traveling in North America.
