I’ve dreamed of directing films for most of my life, and I am beyond proud of how this first film is turning out. Can’t wait to share it with everyone in a few months.

That’s a wrap on shooting for @painterandthepeaks ! What a crazy last few weeks this has been - I couldn’t be more grateful to @art_dipesh as well as this amazing team for making this project happen. I feel transformed from this experience - glad to create in a way that feels meaningful. Onto the next chapter - editing this beast. Cheers friends, and thanks for all the support on this short film.

#helinoxpartner A mini adventure to get the creative juices flowing again. Took the rig out to the desert with my new Helinox gear and set up a quick n’ easy campsite for the night. The pop-up cot was a game changer, and certainly beats laying on an air pad that deflates throughout the night, or a hard pad that gives you a sore back.
Then we have the lightweight chair and personal table. I’m a big dude, and I was surprised to find that this chair worked well for me. These two items will be welcome additions to my backpack adventures later this year.
