First poem I have written for a very long time. Getting ready for the Good Grief exhibition at @electro_studios_project_space over the bank holiday weekend. This is my @rhedasdream tattercoat made with all sorts of material including some from my mum’s stash of materials. I love that people’s textile DNA lives on in quilts and tatter coats. A bit like prayer flags.

Welcome to our new sign and branding :) Erica Smith is a wonder and has beautifully and elegantly captured the gentle flow of our work, the focus and professionalism of our ethos - plus how to find the front door! Our sign is large and situated in a prominent corner of the Old Town so it was essential that we thought it through carefully, not just to ensure that it reflects what to do but also to ensure that it enhances our very special corner of the world. And Erica has done that :) Thank you x. #hastingsoldtowntraders #complementaryhealth #hastingsoldtown
This necklace is about 65cm and uses a faience Egyptian scarab, lapis lazuli, fluorite, citrine, sea bamboo and howlite and glass and metal beads. It fits over my head without undoing the hook, but the hook is handsome as well as handy. £60.00.
Very delicate 3.5mm watermelon tourmaline beads in greens and pinks - heart chakra colours. 45cm. The photo doesn’t do justice to this pretty necklace. £35.00
Vintage red glass beads from @inkylinda ‘s stash paired with a beautiful faience Egyptian scarab bead from my friend @janechristinebentley - 50cm. I’ve been road testing this today and it looks great and the scarab sits really well. £50.00.
I have enough red beads to make one more of these. #scarabnecklace #redandturquoisenecklace
