An only-too-recent memory of a winter recently departed. The snow was like a Saturday guest who was still there on Tuesday, but whom by Wednesday one realized one would miss. If this works I’ll post a series: here’s a scene from the office @narchitects_pllc : two very different projects from 2016: the model of our Shanghai Library competition (1st prize, concept design) in front of a photo of the reconstituted graffiti of our now sadly shuttered A/D/O in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. As we’ve been in our DUMBO office 18 years, sometimes it feels as if we are surrounded by ghosts of past projects, though mostly they feel like old friends. #architecture #architectureoffice architecturemodel #library #design Photo seen within photo by @frankoudeman
