I had the privilege of attending a Commonwealth youth programme at Oxford University in the United Kingdom, an experience that has significantly enriched my perspective on education policy and leadership. As Special Assistant to the Governor on Universal Basic Education, the insights gained have strengthened my capacity to contribute meaningfully to ongoing reforms, particularly in areas of inclusive learning, system efficiency, and strategic implementation. The programme has added substantial value to my role and will continue to inform efforts toward improving the quality and accessibility of basic education..
