Chefs and people who like to eat! Very important research and I need help. If you can only have SIX items for the perfect fry up what are they. Whack them in the comments and make some enemies. I'll go first so please feel free to tell me how right I am š - Sausage, Bacon, black pudding, beans, mushroom & toast.
My fave dessert hands down. What's yours?

6 egg yolks
25g soft brown sugar
25g caster
1tsp cornflour
420ml double cream
80ml whole milk
2 vanilla pods
Beat the yolks, sugar and cornflour until light in colour and fluffy.
Cut vanilla pods in half and scrape seeds out, bang seeds and pod in a pan, add milk and cream, warm up the mixture until just beginning to bubble around the edge but do not boil.
Pour hot cream mixture over the yolk and sugar while mixing.
Pour whole lot through a fine sieve, scoop off the bubbly foamy top layer and discard (eat). One final little stir, then pour into those leftover ramekins that have been sat in the cupboard for years.
Place ramekins in a deep dish or baking traywith hot tap water (not boiling) that reaches about 2/3 the way up the ramekins. Bake at 160c until they have a jelly like wobble in the centre (these took 35mins)
Chill, brulee top, sea salt. Eat 5 of them. Feel sick. Repeat.

Not only was our crew able to capture each and every frame on the shot-list, across 3 different locations, they also achieved this in a single day, during a busy lunch and dinner service without disrupting the restaurant or it's customers.
