Lucid Dreams in Lagos City; the intersection between human consciousness and environmental impact
This ongoing experimental series began as a personal quest to build a dream-like world that celebrates my identity and expressionism as an individual through characters that l’ve developed over the years.
These characters conceived from within me, like an extension of myself. The images were made in remote estates in Lagos, Nigeria and I was particularly interested in the condition of the spaces. Serene, beautiful and peaceful. It was a total contrast to the everyday city life in Lagos and I felt deeply connected to it.
Grateful to have worked with my friends on this project, nothing feels as fulfilling.
