In this month’s Postdoc Ideas Exchange, we had the pleasure of hosting Ingrid Le Duc (ENAC Dean Representative for Organizational Culture) and @quentin.delval.auteur (Equality Office) for a session on “Powersplaining”.
Through an interactive format, we learned how communication is shaped by power dynamics and also how easily we can fall into the powersplaining trap ourselves 👀

Last Saturday, EPDA members visited the @montterriproject Underground Rock Lab to learn how Switzerland studies deep geological formations for safe long-term radioactive waste disposal, and the impacts of CO₂ storage.
