And if you haven’t, where would be your dream road trip destination? For me, some of our favourite trips have been road trips – there is just something about the freedom of going at your own pace, the fact you seen multiple destinations, and the fact that half of the time the best family memories are made in the car.
We have been lucky enough to go on some incredible road trips together – we’ve driven down the Pacific Northwest from Vancouver to San Francisco, we’ve experienced the incredible scenery of the desert in Nevada, and we’ve driven to the tropical archipelago of the Florida Keys on a road trip around Florida, to name just a few.

Since our grandparents are getting older, we knew that they wouldn’t be able to come see us, so we went out to see them! We traveled 943 miles between going to the airport, connecting in Salt Lake City, and then picking up the rental car for a 1-hour drive to bridge the 80-year gap of our family’s generations. Seeing the look on their faces was absolutely priceless.
Thanks again to @enterprise for helping to make this dream come true. We’re never promised tomorrow so we’re so thankful that we got to enjoy today. 🚙💨
