As one of OpenAI’s first delivery partners, we recently joined an exclusive hackathon at OpenAI’s offices to tackle a common pain point: travel insurance claims.
“We aimed to develop a solution that directly addresses a real-world challenge that we know can be frustrating for most of us and often leads to unpleasant experiences” shared Diana Florina Lazarescu, Head of AI and Automation.
The team built an end-to-end platform designed to reduce friction, speed up claims processing, and improve customer experience.
