Our inspiration for the recent event was a conscious departure from industry trends. Instead, we delved into timeless themes Old Hollywood Glam and the opulence of the Palace of Versailles. The inspiration for this 50th birthday event for our client #AishaAchimugu emerged during a holiday in Paris, where I visited the awe-inspiring Palace of Versailles. The richness of rococo art and the detailed interior left an indelible mark, sparking the idea for this birthday celebration. Our client’s reputation for class, status, and elegance sealed the idea. The guests were welcomed into a holding area with an open bar with international mixologist entertainers, canapes and lush entertainment. The main event hall transported guests to Paris, enveloped in the grace and charm of the Palace of Versailles. The main hall of the ICC, spanning over 468 ft, was wrapped and branded from top to bottom and end to end in breathtaking visuals, mirroring the regal aesthetics of the Palace of Versailles, flushing with the most exquisite wall lighting to truly create an authentic feel of true luxury. The vision for this event was to create something truly extraordinary that would resonate profoundly with every guest. We can boldly say that the feedback has surpassed our expectations. We stay dedicated to pioneering innovation through imaginative designs such as this, tailored and meticulously curated lifestyle experiences that show our commitment to establishing unprecedented benchmarks of excellence. @patrickpeefilms @thechimeracompany @cocktailsinandout @linksmultimedia.ng @ventura_multimedia #aishaachimugu@50

#aishaachimugu@50 We’re truly blessed to attract clients like Dr Aisha Achimugu, who entrust us wholeheartedly to transform their most profound ideas and desires into unforgettable dreamy moments. Dr Aisha Achimugu’s confidence in our creativity and value is a dream realized. With 💯 creative control, we orchestrated an event straight out of a dream, our most detailed, opulent, and expensive venture to date. Our objective was to set the stage with the client’s persona. Drawing inspiration from her renowned reputation for class, status, and elegance, we proposed an event that echoed her distinctive personality. Steering clear of trends and overused flower designs, we curated something genuinely unforgettable and unique, reflecting the indelible mark she continues to leave as a legacy. Our proposed design is a homage to two classic and timeless themes 1. Old Hollywood Glam for the welcome experience 2. The Palace of Versailles: A Glimpse into Opulent History of this Theme for the main dining experience The grandeur and contrast of these timeless designs transiting into each other, promised an experience beyond trends, captivating her guests with an immersive journey back in time. We aimed to recreate and capture the ambience of these themes as authentically as possible bringing to life an extravagant celebration, and elegance that knows no bounds. The design captured the essence of her pedigree and heritage presenting an event that was not only visually stunning but also a journey into a world of refinement and prestige. Through meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, we created an atmosphere that resonates with the timeless allure of her personality. Our goal was to make every guest feel like royalty, as they step into a realm where dreams and reality merge. The feedback is evident we delivered a truly magical event. Thank you to everyone who joined the first live of this season of The Event Designer Hour. ❤️🙏🏻 Tonight’s conversation was an honest one. Your team problem is not always a people problem. Most times, it is a structure problem. When standards are not documented, systems are weak, communication is unclear, and execution depends fully on your presence, burnout becomes inevitable. The goal is not to build a business where everything works because you are there. The goal is to build a business that can execute with excellence even in your absence. Thank you for showing up, sharing, listening, and leaning into the conversation. We go again next Friday, 7pm WAT on Instagram Live at @enchantedeventsng . This season will be powerful.

Good event design is not just about what looks beautiful, it’s about how people experience the space. Nothing blocking the view. Nothing interrupting conversations. Nothing competing with the moment. Just intentional table styling that allows guests to connect, engage, and fully enjoy the atmosphere while still feeling elevated and luxurious. At Enchanted Events, we believe design should enhance the experience, not overpower it.

We are going live today💃 The Event Designer Hour is back and today’s topic is one that most event designer and planner are dealing with in silence. Why your staff keep letting you down. And it is not what you think. If you have ever found yourself correcting the same mistakes over and over. Retraining the same people. Doing things yourself because it is faster than explaining. Showing up to every event feeling like the only person who actually cares about the standard. This session is for you. Because the problem is almost never the people. It is the absence of the systems, the documentation, and the structure that tells people exactly what to do, how to do it, and what excellent looks like. And that is fixable. Come with your questions. Come with your frustrations. Come ready to have the most honest conversation about team and operations you have had all year. Real answers. Real strategies. Real growth. 📅 Today · Friday May 15th ⏰ 7PM WAT 📍 IG Live @enchantedeventsng Save this post. Set your reminder right now. I will see you there. 🤍

She left her event for 4 hours to go to her pharmacy job. She came back to find setup still running. Team executing exactly as planned. No chaos. No frantic calls. No stalling. Just a well-oiled machine doing exactly what she had built it to do. That was Tolu Ahmed of Tofinity Decor. EDB Cohort 2 protege. Before the program she was running her event design business on passion and hustle while working full-time. She and her husband were managing everything alone. She had no pricing structure, no SOPs, no system her team could follow without her in the middle of every single thing. She was the business. And that was the problem. By the time she executed that wedding, everything had changed. She presented her proposal in a way clients accepted without question. She had SOPs with photos, loading plans, team assignments, and quality check procedures documented before setup began. And when she had to leave for four hours, the business did not stop. It kept going. Because the system held. She said it herself. For the first time in my business life, setup went on just fine in my absence. I did not need to be physically involved in every detail. It truly felt like a dream. She also said no to balloons for the first time. A service she had been forcing herself to offer for years because she was afraid to disappoint. She narrowed her scope. She stayed in her zone of genius. And she executed with ease. A non-converted client later sent her a message saying her proposal was truly exceptional work. And Tolu did not discount. Did not fold. Did not compromise. Because she now knew exactly what level she operated at. And she was no longer available for less. This is what six weeks inside the Event Designer Profit Blueprint does. Not motivation. Not inspiration. Structure. Systems. Clarity. Confidence. Cohort 3 opens June 9th. Waitlist members get early bird pricing and first access when doors open. Join the waitlist now. A grand entrance is more than a walk into the room, it’s the first statement of the night. The lights dim. The music rises. The room shifts. And for a few unforgettable seconds, every eye is locked on one moment. At Enchanted Events, we believe a celebrant’s entrance should feel cinematic, intentional, and worthy of the occasion. Because the right entrance doesn’t just start the event… it sets the tone for the entire experience.

Not every event is a celebration of what’s beginning. Some of the most meaningful ones are a celebration of what has already been built. We recently had the honour of designing the UBA Send Forth for 5 Directors, an evening dedicated entirely to honouring five leaders who have given years of their lives to building something greater than themselves. There is a specific kind of care that goes into designing an experience like this. Because the people in the room aren’t just attending an event. They are witnessing a moment in history. The closing of a chapter that deserves to be honoured with the same level of excellence it was lived with. That is what we showed up to deliver.

I want you to watch her face when she talks about this. Chiamaka came into Cohort 2 at a threshold moment. She had the passion. She had the eye. She had already been delivering events for people around her for years, sometimes for free, sometimes for a thank you, sometimes just because nobody else could see the vision the way she could. But she could not cross the line from knowing she could do this to actually building it. She had done other trainings. Business trainings. Strategy sessions. And nothing quite landed. Then one Thursday evening, completely randomly, she saw an Instagram live notification from us. She joined. And within 10 minutes she said she already knew. She stayed locked in for the entire session. And when the link dropped for the Event Designer Blueprint course, she ran to it. And what happened inside that room did not just change her business strategy. It changed how she saw herself in relation to this industry. She said the course was both life changing and life affirming. Life changing because she could now see the pathway between where she was and where she knew she could go. Life affirming because everything she had already been doing quietly, without a name for it, without charging for it, was confirmed. She was not starting from nothing. She had been building all along. She also unlocked a whole new service from something she had been giving away for free in her corporate job for years. And at the end of her review she said something that has stayed with me since the day she said it. She said: in 2026, by God’s grace, my business is going to sponsor people to take this course. I believe her. Cohort 3 opens June 9th. Waitlist members get early bird pricing and first access when doors open. This could be your story too. Link in bio to join the waitlist. The details are never just details. The way a room smells when guests walk in. The texture of the linen against the candlelight. The moment someone looks up and takes in the full space, and their breath catches. None of that is accidental. Every element is chosen, placed, and considered as part of a larger story we are telling on behalf of our client. Beautiful events are designed. Not assembled. There is a difference, and it shows. Planning an event? Let’s talk about your vision. 📞 Call or DM us.
