🚨CLEAN YOUR POLE AT THE END OF CLASS 🚨
❌If we continue to have poles left in this condition the studio will have to get stricter on what grip aids can be used at the studio ❌
Please leave the poles how you would like them to be found when you next come to class, a quick wipe down after you've finished your session ensures that the next student isn't having to waste there class time cleaning the pole during there lesson, pole grips come of the pole a lot easier when they have been taken off soon after they are not needed anymore leaving grip aids on for long periods of time, especially over night, causes the grip aid to harden making it 10x harder to get off 😩 Please try and apply grip aids to the points of contact on the body which you need extra grip on rather then on the pole (putting grip all on the pole can be counter-intuitive as it can make the pole more slippy and cause places like hands to have less grip)
If you have any questions about what grips to use or how much you should be using or how to clean the grip you have used of the pole please speak to your instructor
Thank you
