Thank you to all who attended the Kitchen of the Woods experience!
We were honored to host 16 guests for a plant-forward, interactive, and educational sensory dining experience. The evening was inspired by the natural elements of the woods—fire, smoke, branches, leaves, stones, and wood—bringing a deep connection to nature through every course.
The event featured a hands-on pasta-making class, natural wines, open-fire baked bread, and a 7-course meal showcasing the beauty, flavor, and nutrition of plants and mushrooms.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making this unforgettable evening possible!
A picture @maialutteral took of me walking to the table with a platter filled with sugar snap peas stuffed with creamy fermented cashew and fresh herbs. Smiling cause I’m doing one of my favorite things in one of my favorite places 🐛

“Argentina is not just meat? Where has this been hiding?!” One of my favorite comments from our first time at @thelibiproject and definitely not the last.
I’m a proud Argentine, and nothing makes me happier than sharing Fainá with you!

Producer feature for our upcoming Culinary Industry Night on 2/1 at Rule of Thirds featuring Fainá @faina.nyc :)
Fainá is a food brand founded by @emmalutteral , an Argentine-born chef based in New York City. After working in the Jean-Georges restaurant group, Emma set out to create food with deeper purpose. Guided by mentorship from Chef Neal Harden and inspired by her heritage, she reimagined the traditional Argentine chickpea flatbread, with a few modern twists.
Sitting at the intersection of nutrition, sustainability, and flavor, Fainá offers gourmet prepared foods that are good for both people and the planet. Made with just five real ingredients, chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and spices, Fainá is naturally vegan, gluten-free, and thoughtfully crafted.
Emma has hosted pop-ups at spaces like Time Again, Frog Wine, and Anaïs Wine Bar, and has catered for brands including Posh VIP, Super Vino Bros, and Veja
Come meet the lovely Emma at industry night <3
Come to our bean pop-up next week!!
Danielle and I share a love for beans and will be serving two bean-forward dishes next Wednesday, 1/14, at @farm.one
I’ll be serving fainá (chickpea flatbread) topped with miso-glazed Japanese sweet potatoes, tofu cream, and crunchy chili crisp oil. @illuminate_food will be serving a black bean soup with coconut and black lime crema. Both dishes will be garnished with delicious microgreens grown on site by @farm.one
Come grab a beer and have fun with us!
