almost 6 months on and I finally feel like I have processed this week.
my relationship with my body has changed drastically for the better over the past couple of months. Ignition made me realise just how much I had been holding on and how much I needed to let go.
slowly, I have been reconnecting with myself and what I lost touch with. I could not have got to this point without @frantic_assembly
these people. these beautiful people. i can’t thank you enough for the energy and love you brought to those spaces. you are all stars and i am so grateful to have you all in my life.
