Our first guest chef has arrived. Welcome @ppowellchef as the first in Salt Yard Group’s 20th Anniversary Chef Series, with his special menu landing at Salt Yard Borough.   Patrick brings his own signature style to the table for a limited-time celebration that promises plenty of sabor and sparkle.   Curated by @leewestcott and proudly sponsored by @estrelladamm_uk , this series is our way of marking 20 years of shared plates, lively tables and Mediterranean spirit in true fiesta fashion.   If you’re joining us, expect a menu full of Salt Yard classics alongside three great dishes Patricks created by taking the Salt Yard concept and giving it a little spin, think Iberico Pork Schnitzel with pickled chilli, gordal olive & anchovy; Mussel Escabeche with grilled bread & aioli; and Grilled English Asparagus with sunflower seed romesco & Manchego.   We’ve got Patrick for one week (18-23 May), so to book and to find out who we’ve got next, head to the link in our bio.
