The Love Potion Library is a sweet neighborhood bookstore and gathering place absolutely BRIMMING with romance novels! It’s also part tea lounge with plenty of tables available to enjoy a good book alongside their tea and pastry selection from @officialelaichico . The cardamom bun, pistachio cake, & focaccia with Indian flair are delightful!
When I dropped off my candles, the owner Veena saw my handwriting on the package and asked if I could do some hand-lettering on their A-frame, so of course I did 😊

March recap in May 💃
March was a warm one! Lots of outdoor time, between vending on sidewalks and finding drinks around the city to keep cool.
I chipped away at 3 design projects, hosted my first public candlemaking workshop, and attended @nietos_photo ’s art show, a fundraiser for @communitystreetssf , a witchy eclipse ritual, & the No Kings rally on ocean beach. Very full, very fulfilling.
We’ve got Botanical Cocktails on the Spring Menu! 🌸🍸 Inspired by that first sip of a chilled cocktail, and the heady florals of late Spring.
Choose from Orchid Paloma, Jasmine Mojito, and Lavender Colada. I have a very limited supply of Lilac Margarita and Chardonnay Rose, which are only available on my site.

I’ve been intending to do a monthly roundup of life in San Francisco as a *creative gal* since no day or month looks the same. So for the sake of not letting my photos & sweet sweet mems go to waste, here’s my Feb 2026:
• I’d just gotten back from a month on the East Coast visiting fam & friends, where I got snowed in 3 times (see first pic).
• I celebrated *15 years* of living in San Francisco!
• I was hired by a local business to lead my first candle making workshop for their team.
• I had my highest sales day ever by $1.
• I went to a customer-turned-friend’s lunar new year potluck.
• I shared a market booth with @stirredcookies for the first time, after many years of hanging behind each other’s booths during events.
I had some pretty significant moments for a tiny month! Ok let’s see if I can scrounge together a March recap before it’s time to release April :)
ya’lllll my Candle Making Workshop last week was simply magical! The loveliest group of souls gathered for sips and scents on a Monday evening, and trusted me to guide them through the art of candlemaking. And @hotelbironwinebar provided the cozy vibes & crisp wines!
Everyone came up with very unique scent blends, and bestowed some pretty evocative names unto their candles!
Hotel Biron’s owner Ron even came out from behind the bar to whip up his own “Hidden Gem” scent.
