After nearly a decade in the industry, working with planners, venues, and vendors of all kinds, I’ve found my sweet spot: calm, capable coordination for couples who want to stay involved without carrying the full weight of it all.

✨ Katie, our Associate Planner, brings a background in dance and a true love for weddings to every celebration, approaching each day as both production and performance. As a former Ember bride herself (How cool is that?!), she understands exactly what it feels like to be on the other side and focuses on keeping couples calm, present, and supported.
✨ Nicholas, our Event Assistant, comes from a hospitality background with hands-on experience at wedding venues and nonprofit events alike. He’s incredibly detail-oriented, highly organized, and always ready to jump in wherever support is needed.
Together, we show up early, stay late, and work seamlessly behind the scenes so you don’t have to manage logistics on the day you’re getting married.

When I started Ember, I knew I wanted to provide Event Management... but after a while, I realized that there needed to be a little more.
I knew I didn’t want to provide a full-service planning option, and I didn’t want to just offer “day-of only” support.
What I kept seeing was a gap: couples who had a vision, wanted to be involved, AND still needed expert guidance to make it all come together the right way.

This package is for couples who don’t want to guess. You might be just getting started, or already a few vendors in, but you know there are layered logistics, real budget considerations, and a lot of moving parts ahead that you don’t want to be managing.

While Daniel and Haley were out dodging raindrops during their portraits, we were back at the venue making sure everything was exactly as they pictured it 🤍
✨ And even if things might need to shift a little to accommodate rain and umbrellas, the reception still needs to come together.
So we'll be inside placing your seating chart, adjusting tables so they feel full and balanced, checking that every detail is where it should be... making small changes in real time so nothing feels rushed or thrown together.
