This year was a roller coaster; tides kept going up, down and sideways. My mental health took too many hits, but I’m thankful I came out strong— stronger even! 🫶🏽

So… instead of dwelling on the crazy things that happened, I choose to count my blessings and remember that God is with me, Always!
