“Girls/women are each other’s enemies.”
That’s one narrative I will never subscribe to. I’ve always believed that disagreements, misunderstandings, and even betrayals are not gendered experiences—they’re simply human ones. Yes, I’ve faced disappointments from women, and yes, I’ve also made my fair share of mistakes. But does that justify painting everyone with the same brush? Absolutely not.
Exactly a month ago, we gathered for something truly special, “Being a Girl’s Girl: Intergenerational Dialogues on Womanhood & Wellness.” And even now, I still feel its warmth in my heart. It was wholesome in every sense of the word. Despite the pressure and fatigue that come with planning, I found myself deeply present: laughing from my belly, reflecting through honest conversations, dancing freely, eating and drinking joyfully, and most importantly, soaking in the love that filled the room.
I’m endlessly grateful for the gift of women — from every age, background, and walk of life. My life is softer, richer, and brighter because God has surrounded me with the most incredible women. They’ve held me up, cheered me on, prayed for me, and spoken life into me. And the best part? They still do; continuously, faithfully, lovingly.
Each of them holds a different and/or unique place in my heart and story. During my gratitude speech at the event, I couldn’t hold back the tears — not from sadness, but from awe. Because sometimes, when you’ve been loved so deeply, words just don’t feel enough. (I’m so glad this special, emotional moment was captured. It only felt right to make the picture the cover photo for this post.) I don’t know how I got this lucky, but maybe that’s the beauty of grace. You don’t have to understand it; you just have to be grateful for it.
So, here’s my open love letter to all my women: past, present, and future.
Thank you for seeing me, embracing me, and standing with me through every phase: my loud and showing-up seasons, as well as my quiet and curling-up seasons. My “I can conquer the world” moments, and my “I can barely get out of bed” days.
I love you deeply. I appreciate you endlessly. And I celebrate you always.
Love & Light,
WB-H
Two Sundays ago, we gathered for something truly special: Being a Girl’s Girl: Intergenerational Dialogues on Womanhood & Wellness. An indoor picnic that became so much more than an event; it became a circle of sisterhood.
Women from different generations sat together, shared stories, played games, exchanged wisdom, and reminded one another that we are never alone on this journey of becoming. We laughed, listened, reflected, and held space for healing, honesty, and hope.
It was a gentle celebration of what it means to be a “girl’s girl” — to support, uplift, and stand in love with one another through every season of womanhood.
Grateful for every voice, every hug, every smile, every moment. May we continue to build bridges, not walls.

September is PCOS Awareness Month, and we’re proud to have partnered with Range the Brand for their ongoing awareness series!
This was the third of five events lined up this month, and it was nothing short of powerful. Women opened up about what being a woman means to them, we danced, we laughed, and we had deep conversations with doctors on PCOS, hormones, stress, and self-care.
It was an evening of honesty, strength, and community — reminding us that awareness is the first step to change.
We can’t wait for the next events as Range the Brand continues to create space for women to be seen, heard, and supported.

🌍🌱 Today, on World Clean Up Day, we took a big step for the planet — and for our future.
Together with representatives from some of our amazing partner organisations, we planted trees to help clean our air, restore nature, and create healthier, more welcoming spaces for all of us.
We’re deeply grateful to the Printrite Foundation for Sustainable Environment and Education (PFSEE) for partnering with us and generously donating the trees, and to the NOUN Abuja Model Study Centre for providing space within their campus to make this dream a reality. 💚
This day also marks the official launch of our “Sow for Tomorrow” CSR initiative; an effort we’re excited to see grow, expand, and leave a lasting impact on both people and the planet. 🌳✨
Here’s to greener spaces, healthier minds, and a brighter shared future. 🌟

Mindfulness and Your Body: An Immersive Dialogue on Sexual and Reproductive Health
From peer support to mind-stimulating games, from open and honest conversations to thoughtful gifts: our event was more than a gathering; it was a safe space where young people came together to learn, share, and celebrate their bodies with mindfulness and care. 🌱💛
Thank you to everyone who showed up with courage, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we’re shaping a community that values body awareness, reproductive health, empathy, and mindful living. 🫶🏽
