May is Mental Health Awareness Month ā a gentle but powerful reminder of the importance of connection, safe spaces, and showing up for ourselves and one another. š
It feels only right to reflect on GenHERations: Wisdom & Wildflowers ā From Her, For Her, Through Her, which we hosted in March, during Womenās Month. What a beautiful, heart-filling experience it was.
GenHERations was more than an event ā it was a living, breathing reminder of the essence of community. Women across generations came together to share stories, laughter, wisdom, vulnerability, and joy. In that space, we saw how deeply healing it is to simply be seen, heard, and held ā and how powerful it is when women gather with intention.
From meaningful conversations to lighthearted moments, from shared truths to blooming connections ā it was everything we hoped for and more.
As we continue to honor mental health this month, may we remember that healing doesnāt always happen in isolation. Sometimes, it happens in community. In sisterhood. In spaces like this.
With hearts full of gratitude, we say a special thank you to every Ranger who got ticket(s) to attend and/or support someone elseās attendance. Your presence and generosity made all the difference.
And to our incredible partners and collaborators ā thank you for believing in this vision and working with Range The Brand to make GenHERations a huge success.
Hereās to more spaces that nurture, connect, and heal.

Celebrating women today and every day. š
When you support a woman, you strengthen a home.
When you support a child, you shape the future.
At WINGS, weāre intentional about doing both, creating spaces where women and girls are empowered, supported, and equipped to thrive.
Because real impact happens when we invest in both.
Our Endometriosis Awareness Month event, themed āFrom Awareness to Action: Ensuring Hope, Health, and Healing for Every EndoWarrior,ā was more than just a moment. It was a space to learn, unlearn, listen, and hold space. A quiet, powerful reminder that no one walks alone.
Together, we deepened understanding, shared experiences, and stood in solidarity for every EndoWarrior. This is how change begins: with conversation, with community, with courage.
Hereās to hope. Hereās to health. Hereās to healing. Hereās to women, and the strength & sisterhood we carry together. And this is only the beginning.

Our Back to School + Womenās Day Outreach was a reminder that real change happens when people come together with a shared purpose. š
From educational support to meaningful engagement, the day was rooted in intention, connection, and community.
We showed up not just to give, but to connect, listen, and create lasting impact.
Weāre grateful to our partners and volunteers who stood with us to make this possible. š¤
And weāre even more inspired for whatās ahead.

āGirls/women are each otherās enemies.ā
Thatās one narrative I will never subscribe to. Iāve always believed that disagreements, misunderstandings, and even betrayals are not gendered experiencesātheyāre simply human ones. Yes, Iāve faced disappointments from women, and yes, Iāve also made my fair share of mistakes. But does that justify painting everyone with the same brush? Absolutely not.
Exactly a month ago, we gathered for something truly special, āBeing a Girlās Girl: Intergenerational Dialogues on Womanhood & Wellness.ā And even now, I still feel its warmth in my heart. It was wholesome in every sense of the word. Despite the pressure and fatigue that come with planning, I found myself deeply present: laughing from my belly, reflecting through honest conversations, dancing freely, eating and drinking joyfully, and most importantly, soaking in the love that filled the room.
Iām endlessly grateful for the gift of women ā from every age, background, and walk of life. My life is softer, richer, and brighter because God has surrounded me with the most incredible women. Theyāve held me up, cheered me on, prayed for me, and spoken life into me. And the best part? They still do; continuously, faithfully, lovingly.
Each of them holds a different and/or unique place in my heart and story. During my gratitude speech at the event, I couldnāt hold back the tears ā not from sadness, but from awe. Because sometimes, when youāve been loved so deeply, words just donāt feel enough. (Iām so glad this special, emotional moment was captured. It only felt right to make the picture the cover photo for this post.) I donāt know how I got this lucky, but maybe thatās the beauty of grace. You donāt have to understand it; you just have to be grateful for it.
So, hereās my open love letter to all my women: past, present, and future.
Thank you for seeing me, embracing me, and standing with me through every phase: my loud and showing-up seasons, as well as my quiet and curling-up seasons. My āI can conquer the worldā moments, and my āI can barely get out of bedā days.
I love you deeply. I appreciate you endlessly. And I celebrate you always.
Love & Light,
WB-H
šš± A few weeks ago, we joined the world in marking World Cleanup Day 2025 ā and took a meaningful step towards a cleaner, greener future.
Together with representatives from some of our incredible partner organisations, we planted trees to help purify our air, restore natureās balance, and create healthier, more welcoming spaces for everyone. š³š
Weāre especially grateful to the Printrite Foundation for Sustainable Environment and Education (PFSEE) for their generous tree donations, and to the NOUN Abuja Model Study Centre for graciously providing space within their campus to bring this vision to life.
This activity also marked the official launch of our āSow for Tomorrowā CSR initiative: a long-term commitment to nurturing both people and the planet through sustainable action. āØ
Hereās to sowing hope, growing impact, and protecting our shared tomorrow. š

Two Sundays ago, we gathered for something truly special ā Being a Girlās Girl: Intergenerational Dialogues on Womanhood & Wellness. An indoor picnic that became so much more than an event; it became a circle of sisterhood.
Women from different generations sat together, shared stories, played games, exchanged wisdom, and reminded one another that we are never alone on this journey of becoming. We laughed, listened, reflected, and held space for healing, honesty, and hope.
It was a gentle celebration of what it means to be a āgirlās girlā ā to support, uplift, and stand in love with one another through every season of womanhood.
Grateful for every voice, every hug, every smile, every moment. May we continue to build bridges, not walls.

We recently gathered not just as professionals, but as voices, visionaries, and changemakers.
āWomen in the Workplace: A Call to Action For & By Womenā was more than an event; it was a movement.
A space to be heard.
A space to be seen.
A space to build workplaces where equity, justice, and inclusion are non-negotiable.
We came ready to challenge barriers, share truths, and spark the change we wish to see.
Hereās to courage, community, and collective power.

September is PCOS Awareness Month, and weāre proud to have partnered with Range the Brand for their ongoing awareness series!
This was the third of five events lined up this month, and it was nothing short of powerful. Women opened up about what being a woman means to them, we danced, we laughed, and we had deep conversations with doctors on PCOS, hormones, stress, and self-care.
It was an evening of honesty, strength, and community ā reminding us that awareness is the first step to change.
We canāt wait for the next events as Range the Brand continues to create space for women to be seen, heard, and supported.
