A space of convergence takes form through sound: ELM ༆
Emerging between New Delhi and Berlin, ELM channels a vision shaped by movement, exchange and introspection. The name itself carries a quiet philosophy, inspired by elm trees once imagined as gathering points for traveling artists, places of rest, dialogue and transformation. This idea continues to echo through the project, unfolding as a sonic shelter where contrasts meet and evolve.
At the core of ELM’s work lies a focus on immersive, narrative-driven experiences. Drawing from the more unconventional edges of techno, his sound weaves intricate rhythms with striking lead elements, textured noise and expansive atmospheres. Each composition unfolds with intention, guiding the listener through shifting states that balance physical intensity with emotional depth.
With releases on labels such as
@qillarecords and Observant, his trajectory reflects a steady refinement of language and form. His participation in projects like the Catalyst Institute workshop in Berlin, collaborating with musicians from the Rundfunk Symphonie Orchester, further expands his approach, bridging electronic composition with orchestral sensibilities.
Performances at spaces like
@mihnclub in Hong Kong, alongside artists such as Occa, and shared lineups with figures including Svreca, Freddy K and Stanislav Tolkachev, reflect a path built through connection and exchange within the global underground.
We’re looking forward to welcome him into the THIRD EYE 🌿
