It was such an honor to be the student speaker today at the unveiling of the SCAD Jewelers Mutual Studio. Jewelers Mutual made a historic endowment of 10 MILLION DOLLARS to the SCAD Jewelry Program. The future is so bright for jewelers at SCAD 🌟This was such a special and bittersweet moment for me. The perfect way to wrap up my 4 years at SCAD. F1 Car Clasp Necklace… it was so cool to go back to the place where the idea for this piece came from. This red 1954 Maserati is at the Private Cars Collection of HSH Prince of Monaco. I 3D modeled a replica of this car and made it the clasp for the necklace. The links of the necklace also take inspiration from the body and wheels of the car.
