. I’m not here to preach.
Just to be obedient and state what I’ve seen
and to share a perspective about community that I hope we all reflect on.
Because if we don’t, we’ll keep destroying good things with our egos. We’ll continue turning what could heal us into something that divides us.
Community is bigger than my opinion, bigger than your title, bigger than any one person’s need to be right or important. It’s not about being the hero. It’s about being part of something that belongs to all of us. Respecting those who created the spark and helped us maintain it.
Something we build together, something we protect together, something we grow even if our names are never attached.
Community isn’t just for the individual it’s for the collective. And if we can set aside our ego, even just a little, we might finally experience what community is truly meant to be.
