Our annual Senior Night was full of laughter and tears! Staff has seen the youth flourish during their time in the "I am art, I am change" apprenticeship and we are beyond proud of them.🎖

Have you seen the new mural in the afterschool classroom at the Andover/North Andover Y? Created in partnership with our students and the talented team at @elevated_thought , this space now reflects creativity, belonging, and the empowerment of youth voices.
This special moment has been years in the making.
@problak touched down in Lawrence last week to continue his Breath Life series, centering curiosity, joy and community with young people at the forefront.
Rob planted the seed early on. From workshops with our youth to in depth conversations with the ET crew. “Breath Life #7” is happening now, a few blocks away from ET HQ on Newburry street.

Completed by @sawro & @awilthatwill at the start of the year, this piece was created alongside the kids that use this space daily. @elevated_thought hosted a workshop with the youth to come up with the collective meaning the Y has to them. Themes of joy, feeling safe, friendship, creativity, imagination, and belonging, all emerged as common themes.
