Florent Lamy is the Co-Founder and CEO of ELEV8ON Management, a transatlantic talent management and production company with offices in Paris, London, New York and Miami.
He co-founded the agency with Daniel Blanc, President, based in New York.
Named Screen International @screendaily Future agent Leader in 2016 and @variety Manager to Watch in 2019, Florent built ELEV8ON as the European counterpart to the U.S. management model.
