Delivered over 18 hours, the completion of Elements’ basement raft slab in Budds Beach marks one of the most significant structural milestones on site.
Before the pour could begin, more than 18,000m³ of material was excavated, the equivalent of over seven Olympic-sized swimming pools, preparing the ground for the unified foundation that will support the entire building above.

We're pleased to announce the first major milestone for Elements - demolition is now complete and site works are officially underway.
The existing building has been fully removed and salvageable materials such as concrete, timber and metal have been recycled in line with McNab's sustainability goals. With preparations for civil and ground improvement works well advanced, we're ready to commence construction next month.
