Originally an architect-designed 1970s home, our brief was to elevate it—while honouring the charm of its era. The result? An award-winning transformation that’s already turning heads. 🏆 MBA Winner: Best Kitchen over $100,000 🏆 MBA Winner: Best Alteration & Addition $900K–$1.2M From artisan stonework to striking skylights, retrofitted windows to custom oak cabinetry—every detail was designed for beauty, luxury and functionality. Parrish Avenue was a project that blended craftsmanship, creativity, and collaboration—and we couldn’t have done it without the incredible people who brought their expertise to every corner of this home. What was meant to be a 1-week job quickly turned into 3, as water washed away our concrete and our schedule. But that’s where agility matters.
