does our inclination for stratification become an obstacle in perceiving love in its totality? familial^romantic≠platonic, we doggedly follow imposed preconceptions about what each should feel like and the differences therein. we apply arbitrary signifiers and policies, claim love is ill-advised and tragedy prone in one mode but in its essence unbreakable or liberating in others - but trauma is the mockery of love, never one of its practices & attachment is one of love’s eventualities but not its sum love can be perceived as a tool for protection and transcendence (both shield and wings), a universal force, spherical in spirit, with no eyes for confines or perimeters. it can alter one’s attitude and perception in dynamic and magnificent ways. however each individual relationship, at its root, offers an amount of potential for expansion or retraction, whether romantic, platonic or familial, but it is the health of our spirit when examining a relationship that will dictate what we choose to recognise as a condition of love and what positions, qualities and eventualities we are willing to work for and ultimately exalt. it seems we mystify the nature of love by accommodating those oppressive divisions dictated to us and in doing so lose sight of love’s potential and what there is to be gained in every possible kind of loving interaction inside the great sphere of love your fingers are the horizon, will you draw lines or spread your fingers out into the profound immensity? • love both enables you and relies upon you
