🪢 Knot Making Series — Join Us!
Learn knots that can save your life, simplify daily tasks, and replace single-use plastics & metal hardware. Classes culminate in every participant building their own rope ladder to take home — perfect for tree climbing or… making a historic escape. I’ve been wanting to host this class for a very long time!
Would love to see you there! Share with anyone who might be interested. 👇

Following my compass towards liberation. People often ask me what I do as an occupational therapist who focuses on mental health. Mostly this.
Find a value you hold dear and take small steps to live by it.
This video was released February, 2024. We filmed in June of 2023.
@womenstreeclimbingworkshop thanks again for teaching me how to climb and for your scholarship. ❤️

Knot #255 Waraji slippers. Japanese 4 warp slippers traditionally made of hemp or straw which I made of paracord. About 55 ft of paracord for the weave and about 17 for the warp. Paracord comes in packs of 100 ft so two packs suffice. Some monks in Japan still wear these slippers. The are considered traditional indigenous footwear. Ive been sick these past few days but had enough energy to weave!
Knot #254. One of my fave chest harnesses thus far. Barre shibari chest harness knot. Still trying to make art out here. Keep sending love to MN! ICE OUT NOW!
Knot #252 for me. Chest harness shibari knot. Hold south Minneapolis in your hearts today. Helicopters and ICE are rampant and particularly violent this morning for their photo ops.
