Festival Cometa ✧˚₊⁎≀ ⁎⁺˳✧༚ 25 & 26 April 2025 - 19:00 - 05:00 @planetamanas Still reminiscent of the events we lived in Festival Cometa. Orbiting during two days, between the rooms of Planeta Manas, this festival allowed us to witness the acting of some of the celestial bodies that we, at Planeta Manas, have been meeting and looking up to since we’ve began the early days of days of the mina, more than 8 years ago. It’s a bittersweet feeling: this collision marked the beginning of the end of a planetary cycle, closing on 25 July. It has been a source of great pride and joy to watch the artistic development of so many people and collectives with projects in the fields of experimental music, live coding, audiovisual, performance, and many other hybrids between art, technology and the unpredictable. Orbitando durante dois dias, entre as salas do Planeta Manas, este festival permitiu-nos testemunhar a atuação de alguns dos corpos celestes que nós, no Planeta Manas, temos vindo a conhecer e a admirar desde os primeiros dias da mina, há mais de 8 anos. É uma sensação agridoce: esta colisão marcou o começo do fim de um ciclo planetário, com o encerramento dia 25 de Julho. Tem sido um orgulho enorme assistir o desenvolvimento artístico de tantas pessoas e coletivos com projetos na área da música experimental, do live coding, performance, audiovisual e muitos outros híbridos entre a arte, a tecnologia e o imprevisível. Esperamos uma nova colisão do Cometa para o ano, mas quem vier à DESCE, vemos-nos em breve.
