played shamelessly,
danced plenty,
touched new depths of vulnerability, cried from my belly,
experienced what it feels like to hold and be held in ensemble/community,
been pedestaled and humbled.
everyday, i’m reminded in some way, to surrender to the currents while making ripples & waves alongside the rhythms of this life
i’ve been experiencing the full spectrum of humanness, channeling it into my artistic expression in new ways, and have been blessed with opportunities to share some fruits of my exploration in play that i want y’all to see¡!
