What a ride @sxsw Nearly 2 years ago I was headed to LA for a 7-day holiday when I connected with @tylerinacube on Reddit of all places. I was asking for interesting recommendations of things to do in LA, turned out his rec was supporting @millicenthailes debut film Perfect as a co-exec producer lol. 7 days turned into 2 months out there, also randomly shooting an iPhone doc at burning man with @emmasoleil_ running around camps hoping to catch whatever starlink access there was to stay in the loop about how Perfect was doing. Perfect premiered at sxsw last week and hopefully you’ll get to see it at a screen or stream near you soon :) Follow the film’s journey @thisperfectmovie !!

Glad I can finally announce I signed a worldwide TV deal with @shortstv the world’s largest short film distributor and home of Oscar nominated shorts for Locusts Beyond a Phantasia a short I directed in 2022. To think this kooky little film can now reach up to 15 million screens is as surreal as the film itself. It will first premiere on shorts streaming platform @nobudge on FEB 27 and then play on both platforms. Honestly didn’t know what traction this film was going to get because for the last year no one could categorise it. Part comedy. Part musical. Part sci-fi. Part surreal. Part experimental. Part Kafka.
