Edoardo Candida @edoardocandida had some great stories last week when he came on to talk about what brought him from Milan to Edinburgh.
Heās worked behind the bar at the famous @milroysofsoho in London as well as starting his own company that involves bringing the whisky tasting to the clients.
He also spent some time working with @neversaydiebourbon where he blended their small batch casks.
Now heās starting a new adventure in Edinburgh at the Scotch bar in the Balmoral Hotel.
Edoardo had some great stories both on and off cameraā¦ And this was the perfect episode for us to get ready for our trip to Germany.

After almost 4 years at Milroy's of Spitalfields this next April will be my last time with the company.
I have milions of stories and pictures of incredible whisky drunk, but none is more important than the friends that I met during this experience.

I had the pleasure to spend the last couple of days in this marvelous and traditional house hosted by @thebalvenie
3 days of whisky, fun and chat with bartenders from all around the world and local legends like Dennis McBain and Ian Mcdonald who for more than 50 years have been in charge of all the copper work and the barrels at Balvenie distillery.
This experience showed me once more how @williamgrantuk is such an unicorn in the spirits business and a company that everybody should admire for what they do and how they do it.
