I’d LOVE to see a community playground like this in Edmonton!!! When we first pulled up to Sheffield Park in Coquitlam, BC I thought it looked small and that the girls were going to be bored. I couldn’t have been more wrong! This neighbourhood playground features: 🧡Playground built into a hill with spinners, a saucer swing and a massive slide. 💛Water play area with ground sprayers and a little river. 🧡Sand pit play area with diggers and a cool climbable tunnel. 💛Combo basketball court / skate park with basketballs and fitness equipment you can borrow using an app 🧡 Water fountain, bottle filler and bathroom building Wouldn’t a neighbourhood space like this be cool in Edmonton??? 📍Sheffield Park is located at 3510 Sheffield Avenue in Coquitlam, BC. Thanks to @langleywithlittles for sharing this playground a while back - it’s been on my Vancouver list ever since! What a weekend!🥷 Canadian Ninja League National Finals were in Port Coquitlam over the weekend and boy did we have fun! I’m so proud of my girls, and their teammates, coaches and friends, for giving it their all this weekend in a tough and exciting competition! Ninja has taught (and continues to teach) my kids so much about hard work, perseverance, determination and sometimes even disappointments. Through it all we are so fortunate to be part of this amazing ninja community. Thank you @canadian.ninja.league and @momentum_movement_academy for a fabulous weekend. Thank you @elementalninjayeg for everything you do for our kids - and for all ninjas! You are proving that ninja really is for everyone - from tiny tots to grandparents!
