Pour un peu de contexte, cette émission est née d’une découverte familiale, la vielle à roue de ma mère restée silencieuse pendant des années, et restaurée depuis peu par le luthier Audren Kerboeuf. J’y propose donc une sélection 100 % vielle, ainsi qu’un détour sonore dans l’atelier d’Audren à Saint-Brieuc (
@vielles.kerboeuf ). Le début d’une histoire de transmission, d’une mère à son fils, d’un artisan à un instrument, d’un son ancien vers une musique bien actuelle.

The wheel turns, time goes by, and we’re finally sharing our Éditentité episode dedicated to the hurdy-gurdy recorded last April !
For a bit of context, this show was born from a family discovery, my mother’s hurdy-gurdy left silent for years, and recently restored by luthier Audren Kerboeuf. So here you’ll find a 100% hurdy-gurdy selection, along with an acoustic immersion into Audren’s workshop in Saint-Brieuc. The beginning of a story of transmission, from a mother to her son, from a craftsman to an instrument, from an ancient sound to present-day music.
This is the last show we share on LYL radio, and we’d like to warmly thank everyone involved in the Paris antenna for these wonderful years. Our radio residency, however, is far from over and will soon continue in a new project currently taking shape! Stay tuned
