Today was our annual Autism Awareness Walk, and it was truly something special. From the moment we arrived, you could feel the sense of connection a community coming together with a shared purpose, and open hearts. We were so grateful to be joined by other Day Habilitation programs, each showing up in support, reminding us that the most powerful part of this journey is unity. Seeing everyone walk side by side, uplifting one another, was a beautiful reflection of what inclusion and acceptance truly look like.
Moments like these go beyond just a single day, they remind us why we do what we do and inspire us to continue growing, supporting, and advocating together. Here’s to continued connection, awareness, and love. 💙✨ -

This is what 20+ years of commitment looks like.
At Tao Group Hospitality, our support for the autism community goes beyond awareness. It shows up in our kitchens, our dining rooms, and our communities year after year.
Every April, we feature specially curated blue menu items across our restaurants, with 10% of proceeds benefiting autism awareness charities. We invest in the next generation through a work-study culinary program for high school students with autism in New York, giving them real kitchen experience, mentorship, and a path forward in hospitality. We participate in charitable events across New York and Las Vegas to amplify our collective impact. And through our annual partnership with KultureCity, every one of our restaurants is training as a sensory inclusive venue so that every guest feels welcome from the moment they walk in.
This work started with Chef Ralph Scamardella and has only grown from there. We are proud to carry it forward.
