Got 7 minutes to save the world?
We've made a film.
It's called ‘A Story About Bread’. 🍞 We think it might be the best film you've ever seen (about bread).
Bread is the most purchased food product in the UK, with 12 million loaves bought daily.
However the vast majority of these mass-produced loaves offer very little nutrition, while wreaking havoc on the planet.
That's why we came up with Wildfarmed. Our farming system rejects chemicals and heavy machinery, instead we focus on restoring soil health and capturing CO2. Oh, and the flour it produces is nutrient rich and damn tasty too. 🌍

For those I don’t see regularly, I am immensely proud of the @wildfarmedgrain project I have been a part for the last 6 years. What started with a shopping bag of forgotten heritage grain is now the largest single area of landrace wheat sowed since WW2, with absolutely no chemicals and no tilling required. We do it this way to return carbon and nitrogen to the soil and build the underground ecosystem on which we all depend.
