The boys and I built a model engine this past weekend. It was pretty intricate and had everything involved, pistons, crank shaft, moving valves and rocker arms, cam shaft, timing belts, distributor, it’s all there. What a cool way to teach them about the mechanics of moving parts and engineering!

Look at this little 8” (20cm) Stabila. I picked this up for it’s brick like shape to replace my old torpedo level. The rounded nose of the traditional torpedo was lacking the accuracy I wanted.
A few photos from the last couple of weeks. Took a talented crew of 4-5 of us a few weeks to complete this beautiful sunroom. This one felt nice to wrap up.
