Took it easier on bench and deadlift because my pec and bicep tendon are still sore after arm bar practice on Saturday.

I only got 3 reps at 235 because my right femoral head and IT band irritation.
Is it because I wear my tools on my right and yesterday was 12 hours on stage cement?
Pushed through and attempted again.
Sets 2 and 3 both got 5 reps.
Keep pushing.
