Tweaked my back 7 days ago and already back up to my baseline. Going to attempt 230 for squats on Wednesday.

The first set lied. I only got 3 reps at 235 because my right femoral head and IT band irritation. Is it because I wear my tools on my right and yesterday was 12 hours on stage cement? Pushed through and attempted again. Sets 2 and 3 both got 5 reps. Keep pushing.
