After what I think was several weeks (maybe months? who knows. fugue state) of excessive posting and reposting, feeling triggered by virtually everything, resorting to blocking half of the ppl I follow from high school and college, I ultimately decided to cope with the situation the only way I know how.

There are no sides. Only humans. If the “side” you’re on makes you minimize people’s humanity, your ideology is violent. Empathy is not conditional.
Remove Hamas.
Remove Netanyahu.
Release the hostages.
Create a meaningful #ceasefirenow that leads to lasting peace for both Israelis and Palestinians.
#bringthemhomenow and end this proxy war of violence.

I’m in Israel and no I am not selling ray bans although I would not say no to a pair if anyone wants to sell me some for $22. It’s very hot and sunny here. I’m not bragging but I also am. Never coming back to the US. Jk but then again maybe not if they shut down the airport bc of the delta variant! Stay tuned!
