With the dust settled on Lives in the Mix 2026, myself & Team LNK want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make it possible. The amazing team of volunteers at @ecubeduk , including my eCubed partner in crime @abc_quirks , the support from @brixtonjamm , our amazing and talented artists who donated their time and talent to support our cause as well as their supporting artists, agents and management teams, the @drumandbasseventslondon , @dnb_jungle_events and @dnbsober accounts who provided us a major boost with promo, our generous raffle donors, and of course everyone who came out to support by purchasing a ticket, a t-shirt, or a raffle ticket, as well as those who couldn’t make it but chose to make a donation anyway. Think it’s fair to say it was a huge success! Anyone who knows me knows that tackling youth violence, and drum and bass music, are two things I’m immensely passionate about, so having the opportunity to combine the two and put on this event to support LNK was something I’m honoured and privileged to have been able to do. The event was our first ever one of its kind, had been 6 months in the making, and was put together on a shoestring budget. Together we raised thousands of pounds to go towards LNK’s continuing and vitally important mission tackling youth violence which is something that virtually everyone, regardless of background or political persuasion, can get behind. The money raised will support continued delivery of our school roadshows, increase the number of 1:1 mentoring sessions with young people that we can provide, and support our provision of safe spaces for vulnerable children. That alone won’t end knife crime and youth violence, but every young person whose life we can help to turn around is a success story, and our mission is to help as many of them as we can. A couple of special shoutouts have to go out to our amazing photo and video team: @sophinshot , @kreative1988 and @watershed71 , who were on 🔥 all evening capturing these incredible shots & vids. 🎷 Last week’s Jazz Against Violence fundraising event raised £25,986, all of which will go directly towards supporting survivors of domestic abuse and helping them begin lives free from violence. A huge thank you to everyone who attended, as well as to @ecubeduk , @83rivingtonstreet , @bigcrazyagency and @thenatejames . It was a fantastic evening filled with incredible music and an inspiring show of support for survivors. This was Jazz Against Violence’s most successful event to date, and we were honoured to be a part of it!
