Nido Building Group had the pleasure of completing this intricate home in mid-2023.
Thanks to the incredible collaboration and dedication of our client and Mitsuori Architects, we not only met but exceeded our expectations. The hard work and determination of everyone involved truly made this achievement possible. We are grateful for the collective effort that brought us to this remarkable level of success.
The Victorian Ash timber details throughout the home gives it amazing warmth. Flowing from the hallway ceiling down into the kitchen, continuing upstairs onto the floating bedroom and wrapping around the first floor common area. All of this is tied together with a Victorian Ash staircase seamlessly integrated into the ceiling and wall cladding.
On the outside, the VMZinc cladding stands above all else, both inside and outside. With the help of E-Cladding Services and Mitsuori Architects, we managed to detail flashings and gutters as well as bring four different roof angles together across the rear facade. This elevated the cladding beyond what we thought was possible.
We want to thank everyone who provided services, labour, and countless brainstorming phone calls to achieve what we have all completed. We should all be proud of what we have achieved.
